Below you will find the terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before making any orders from BuyMyThoughts.com It will avoid any bad feelings by knowing what you can and cannot do before you spend your money.

• Buying pixel advertising on the homepage does not mean that you will own any part of the homepage or the site. You are simply buying the right to display your image, with a link to your website, in the location you purchased on the homepage.
  
  
• The image you supply for your pixel advert must be suitable for a general viewing website. I reserve the right to refuse any image or link if I feel that it is too adult or unsuitable for the BuyMyThoughts.com website.
  
  
• Once you have submitted your image and link to me, it cannot generally be changed so please make sure that everything is perfect before submitting it. I will consider requests to change the image or link on an individual basis. If there is a strong enough reason to change it then I may do so.
  
  
• Please ensure that no part of your submission infringes existing copyright. If I have to remove the image due to legal reasons you will receive no refund of any kind for the image downtime. You will be offered the opportunity to replace the infringing item, if you are unable to do so your pixels will be forfeit and the space will become available.
  
  
• The website link you submit for pixel advertising on the homepage must always comply with the terms listed here. If you change your site and it becomes unsuitable to link to from this site your link will be removed until you submit a suitable one. There will be no refunds given for the time your link is unavailable.
  
  
• Sites deemed to be unsuitable for the BuyMyThoughts.com website will generally be obscene, offensive or defamatory. I am not casting judgement upon your site itself, merely it's suitability for a place on this one.
  
  
• Once your pixel advert has been accepted and published on the homepage, no refunds will be given.
  
  
• You must have the authority to provide both the image and link that you submit. Removals due to infringement will result in your advertising fee being forfeit.
  
  
• All images submitted must be either in GIF, PNG or JPG format and must be of a reasonable size. No animated images will be accepted.
  
  
• All images submitted must be the exact size and dimensions of the pixels purchased.
  
  
• All links must be to websites only and begin with "http://". If you want to link to an affiliation site do not link directly to it as these links may change. Instead, create a homepage with the links on so that you may change them without affecting your pixel advert.
  
  
• You may purchase as many pixels as you want so long as they are remaining however the minimum purchase will be 100 pixels (10x10).
  
  
• All advertising whether pixel advertising, single line web links or bordered adverts must adhere to the relevant parts of the terms and conditions.
  
  
• Once all available pixel advertising space has been sold you will still be able to buy single line web links or bordered adverts (if there are any still available).
  
  
• All thoughts sold or given will be available to view from the Thoughts page of this site.
  
  
• I retain the right to use the thoughts that I pass on to you in any way I see fit. By passing them on to you I am not waiving this right, simply allowing you to use them too.
  
  
• I or BuyMyThoughts.com cannot be held responsible in any way for how my thoughts are used once given or sold.
  
  
• I reserve the right to not give my thoughts on questions that are unsuitable for this site (i.e. not obscene, offensive or defamatory) for the same reasons relating to advertising as shown above.
  
  
• If I believe your question to be unsuitable I will give you the opportunity to ask another. No refunds will be given if you cannot supply a suitable alternative.
  
  
• Whilst I will make every attempt to keep this site running smoothly, I cannot promise that there will never be any downtime due to technical reasons or unforeseen circumstances. I will however try to ensure that these are kept to a minimum and that any problems are addressed promptly.
  
  
• Once I am in receipt of cleared funds from my PayPal or bank account I will endeavour to make your advert active on this site within 24-48 hours. Please bear with me if things take off and I have to fulfil several orders at once.
  
  
• BuyMyThoughts.com will be active until at least the 31t of December 2011.
